Hi! I'm Denise Richter and I live, work and play in Golden, CO. As the mother of two young daughters, I stay busy with my family, my coaching business, and my many hobbies, which include horse-back riding, rock climbing, traveling, snowboarding, hiking and tae kwon do.
     I came to coaching because it truly is a crossroads of many of my interests: positive psychology, education, health and wellness, relationships, and communications. I started Golden Life Coaching and Education because I want to make a positive impact where I can. Life coaching allows me to build authentic partnerships to help people live happy and fulfilled lives. 
    I'm trained through the Institute of Life Coach Training (ILCT) and I'm certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  I'm also certified as a Adolescent Life Coach through the Adolescent Life Coaching Center and an Equine-Facilitated Coach through the HERD Institute. Give me a call for a complimentary introduction session and we can explore how coaching might help you live your life fully.
